The EUIMSA Executive Council is elected annually by registered members. They are responsible for the day-to-day running of the association and the welfare of all medical students.
As president, this officer leads the association's strategic direction, presides over all executive and general meetings, and serves as the chief representative of EUIMSA to the university administration and external partners.

Manages EUIMSA's public image, social media presence, and communications with external stakeholders.
Plans and coordinates sports events, and student bonding programmes throughout the year.
